Skybox F3 Latest image and channel list

Hi All,

This is probably a couple of really stupid questions, so apologies in advance.Do I need to update the channel list of my skybox f3 regularly and what is aCccam file and do I need to install it?

Thanks for your help, as you can tell a complete beginner to this.

if you download the channel list and firmware does this unscramble the channels on the f3 skybox?

can somebody baby step me thru the setup of the f3 box please , ive been trying for hours and getting nowhere
