Sky News Active took another step forward this morning by switching from quarter-screen to full-screen transmissions.
Each of the eight video feed options, including latest headlines, business, sport and showbiz news, can now be watched in full, with better picture quality.
"Going full screen is a natural progression for Sky News Active, one that will enhance the viewing experience," said Steve Bennedik, Head of Sky News Interactive. "Our interactive services continue to lead the field and we are committed to finding new ways for those that wish to self-select their news."
Other new additions to the service today include travel information from the AA and a FTSE and Dow Jones tracking service.
