no you dont need to pay and no need to tell them anything except this. tell em "i have had kids party in my house and since then my card is lost, I can't find it. what shall I do..?" just pretend to be innocent and they will send you new card. dont worry about paying money. they have lots of money, it wouldnt heart them to give us some 3ree channels
