Only if they are aslo being transmitted on satellites you can receive.

Have alook at the following. It shows which satellites can be received where and with what size dish.

Unless of course its hidden out of sight then you can go as large as you can afford

No one will know unless a kind neighbour grasses you up. I was fitting a 1.1m yesterday and the building inspector turned up to give final inspection on a clients extension. I told the client to keep him away from my work in progess, due to planning regs. He saw nothing so no planning probs! The dish is not visable from any neighbouring property anyway. A sky dish is ok for 28.2 but if you need other sats you will need a motorised or bigger dish with multiple lnbs.
