sits at zero on display

can anyone help pleqase..im pullin my hair out at this kruptview box now cause cant get to watch the thing..for last couple days i switch it on and the display just stays at zero.i switch it off and channels might come on for 1 min then it freezes and goes to zero..where am i going wrong..thankx

ive tired restorin loads off times and changin networks and also tired the fix aswell loads off times

Have you reflashed again scanned again sounds as if you have but if you havent then do that and see f it sorts it.

you mean reflash the whole software as thats the only thing i never done..i just thought it bein up to date software there shouldnt b an isssue that way..but ill need to get one off the rs232 and give that a bash..cheers
