Seeing as no-one else has done so, could I put in a word for maple
syrup? (Nearly as good as Golden Syrup).
Plus lemon juice of course.
And I've just found a great recipe - called 'Auntie Bessie's
traditional pancakes', and obtainable ready made from the frozen foods
dept of most supermarkets.
Bugger tradition. If it tastes OK then it is OK is my motto.
I'll even go as far as saying that Auntie Bessie's ready made
Yorkshire Puddings are superior to most restaurant offerings.
