What image are you using. Please aslo say version number.

For teh VIx image, you can download it from the plugin feeds.
Menu > Plugins> Green button for download
It is in the extensions bit. I't should be available on the Blackhole image too.

On the Blackhole images telnet into the box and runn this command it will install ondemand.

init 4 && opkg update && opkg install enigma2-plugin-extensions-ondemand && init 3
