for some reason, the sports and movies packages didnt update the entitlements on the card, so at midnight, they went off. sky tried telling me i needed an engineer visit to replace the receiver, @ £65 call out plus parts, i had to argue like hell with her that she needed to send a full activation signal to fix it, in the end i got passed to a supervisor, who told me that it wouldnt work but he would send it anyway, 3 seconds later, all sorted

just a little heads up, theres a HUGE storm making its way up the valley, its like a fkin monsoon lol. roads are flooded, rain coming in sideways, and loads of thunder, so power and phones etc may be off and on

for some reason some channels have stopped working, namely movies and sports, ill need to phone sly to sort this out, so there may be a little bit of offline time, ill keep it as short as possible though
