Yes. The encryption used on Setanta freeview is different and the same as that used via sky/sat

My box arrived last Tuesday, it's a cheap Sagem with the top up card slot underneath the unit. The software is a bit naff, but hey....it was free and I also got 2 free months of Setanta sports, so got to watch the two great matches today, Arsenal V Sunderland and Gretna V Celtic.
