How can i set my comp up to host a website?

Also to set it up so i can access files when i am away from home to allow me to get them

Cheers
Chris

easy ... i prefer apache server myself but depends eactly what your website is going to handle (e.g. php, databases or just a plain html style website)

if just plain html then h**p://www.mywebserver.org/us/

is for basic but i need summit that will allow me to host an ftp style site aswell so I can access files when away from home

use BulletProof FTP Server for that side of it (setup username & password so no one else can access)

so if not worried about php or databases then the above mywebserver and BulletProof would be ok

Have not used mywebserver myself for a long long time so would be unable to help if required but as recall wasn't difficult. BulletProof I use myself

Off Topic: Yippeeee .... made my 1000 post ... lol
