Little confused.. Could anyone please tell me if this is a version 12 or 13 as I thought version 12 had GB after it??

Any ideas please

Scph-70003 is a version 12......it should hav a CB after it.....look here:

Revised its a V13 and yes you can mod it without problems.

Points A-i need further attention with a scraper, flux and steady hand, apart from that all good.
