SB4100i Help to Get Into Hack Screen

Hi, I have just bought a Max232 cable and have got it all to work but i seem to be having a problem when i load the Heperterminal and boot.exe it seems to update fine but i cannot get into the Hack menu by going into 192.168.100.1.
