sb4100i problem

Ive done a few of the 4100's but none of the 4100i's and im having a little problem flashing the vxworks file with hyperterminal.
this is the current firmware:

Software Version: SB4100-0.4.9.6-SCM01-NOSH
Hardware Version: 1
MIB Version: II
GUI Version: 1.0
VxWorks Version: 5.3

i start boot.exe (making sure the ip is 192.168.100.10),

then start hterminal (settings - baud 38400, 8, none, 1, none),

plug in my modem and press 2, add the boot line :

2 enetBcm(0,0)admin:/opt/vwMIPS_1_0_1_fcs/target/config/sb4100/vxWorks.st h=192.168.100.10 e=192.168.100.1 u=jmcqueen pw=rickey7 f=0x8 tn=SB4100 o=bs1

(then get the following in hterminal:

which looks to me that it has worked, please tell me if i am wrong!

Then i reboot modem and goto 192.168.100.1 but the modem hasnt taken the hack page.

Can anyone see why this is?
