Has appeared in the empty space area.
Click on the ‘Run patch’ at the bottom of nagra edit you should see a message like
‘Patch applied with 0 errors and 0 warnings’
Now if we go back to the ‘data editor’ tab we should now have 2 standard tiers.
Firstly we must go back to the first standard tier and modify it:
The information for this little part was gained from another forum and with the help of my good friend madbootboy we managed to create a working file.
First we need to remove all the info on the first standard tier.
Highlight each box and put ‘0’s across the lot, thus losing the start and end channel as well as everything else.
Done that? Ok lets move on to the other tiers.
We can now look at the second standard tier we created and modify that in order to create a basis for several tiers.
And this is what we see on the right side if we click on the second standard tier.
This is where nagradate comes in handy. There are several things to notice here, rights identifier will be different for ntl telepest and c&w (the one shown is ntl).
Mod date and begin date should be changed to a date that is not in the too distant past (use nagradate to do that). Expire date should be set to something random in the next couple of years or so (worked for me) rights date should be set somewhere near your exp date.
OK now we come to the good part. Min channel (which was reported as being probably one of the main targets of the emm) should be set to 00 ** (this also worked for me). And max chan should be set to 00 ** (where the ** represents two hex numbers.
I used my xp calculator and entered the numbers of corresponding channel groups. Ie bbc 1 starts on 101 on the box but is actually 00 65 in hex. I am not sure that the system actually supports corresponding numbers in the hex calculations but as I stated that it worked for me.
Hope this helps.
