VU+ Duo Samsung IR Blaster

Hi All,

I have a Samsung F5500 which has the IR Blaster to send remote control commands to control other equipment, namely Vu+ Duo, only surprise surprise vu+ isn't an option from the manufacturers in the list, has anybody been able to get this running?

Any help would be great.

type 2 duo remote's can be configured to operate a tv or any other av equipment they have phillips any control codes type 2 have a white tv button on the top left and a black stb button on the right

Just an update for others wanting to do the same.

In the remote setup on the tv, select set top box, don't select any manufacturers as Vu are not there, but go to the search box and type 'mar' this will search for marusys (vu+ parent company) select marusys and bingo! full control of the Duo through the Samsung remote, epg, channel numbers, power, coloured buttons the works!
