Going by posts on other linux forums, it looks very much that Rupert's boys are implementing anti cardsharing measures when you update card in original s-y box.
Apparently it installs a new unique "receiver id" that is specific to that box so that they know when a card is not in official receiver.
In fact some people have already confirmed loss of HD channels after updating firmware in s-y box
and reinstalling in their Dreambox.
Anyone on this forum encountered issues yet?
