running commentry

hi all can any1 advise me how to turn the annoying running commentry off on sky007 channel please
it doesnt do it on any other channel and i cant find it anywhere on my blade remote

I found it on the black hole in system>a/v settings>there you can find a line for Dolby Digital default set it to yes for all channels. I used to do mine individually every now and then, so annoying.
