Hi all,
hope you can help I have a DM500_S, used it for a while but now it has locked. It has a yellow key on the sky channels but not on the freeview ones. When I go to the unlock Remote Control setup it states... To unlock it, press <RED> and <DBOX> on your remote control. Unfortunately I do not have a dbox symbol on my remote.

Show or hide,lock bouquets
Set them at show.
