my nieghbour just ask me to do his card but on trying i get this

Opening of COM1 was successful
Reset failed
Error reseting card, ATR string invalid
Closing of COM1 was successful


how do i get his details please it is a 2100

What sort of card is it? Is it a mosc?

Two options

Check comms set up or the card is toast in which case it's a jtag for BK on a 2100

card is knackered it probably had an open image on it so as muskrat says is time to jtag

Sorry, missed your message, was in the shower.

Have you another card you can try and read, if so, and the card reads ok it's a fair guess that the neighbours mosc is toast.

I take it the programmer is phoenix capable? and your are using a serial cable rs232?

yes it is a pheonix with rs232 what are the setting for the com please

Are you setting the progger in phoenix,3.58 or 3.68 aint too sure,then open nagra edit insert card,then press read icon.

by read icon do u mean the blue arrow/ read card .........................so on the pro why is there a read button on there whats that 4 ?

i suspect you may need to glitch the card.....

have u tried to read it with xncs and install ghost then if it reads then change the backdoor keys
