ring video doorbell

Just got ring video doorbell 3+
Anyone know how to connect to a new LG oled tv which has alexa on it put alexa on my mobile and installed OK but on tv alexa will not find it ?

Yep tried that just says I don't know that one ?
Also on tv alexa doesn't find new devices

Seems as though only currently possible on Samsung smart TV's via their SmarThings app.
Is possible via other android platforms, e.g. Firestick.

Try doing this through the old alexa website

Amazon Sign In

If it comes up with new website and qr code click at the top to take you to previous version. click on smart home then on devices, check all devices that are showing. if 2 lg tv in there remove the one that doesnt have your tv model number (if showing) and leave the one with model number. then try again with TV

Thanks for your replies sorted now the problem was we don't have amazon prime so alexa will not work fully with out not such a big deal not streaming to the tv our daughter has prime and will order things for us such a rip-off
