Restricted Access for newbie

Hi Everybody,

I'm new so please forgive me if I'm repeating questions which have already been asked but unable to find what I need from previous posts.

I Have been registered for over 24 hrs and purchased the premium membership over 24hrs ago but my account is extremely restricted to the point I can't PM admins for advise, can't amend my profile or change settings and I can't access the download area.

Please help and sorry if I have missed something.
