Removing Entrys from menus

Hi guys been going through some of the files in the image im trying to improve on but cant cant the file i need to edit to remove entry from the the menus.

For Example in the scanning menu there is stuff about polarization and a couple of other satellite entry's i would like to remove as its a cable image and just to improve the overall look of the menu.

Is this at all possible
