red button and keys

i`ve pressed the red button to get the latest keys and this is what i got back.

is hacksat down or what.

is there any point in have a RED button to download keys if it don`t work or no one knows the answer why its not working.

to be honest i`ve given up on the tm800, after christmas gonna get me a dreambox.

You can dl keys to TM800 other ways. Just install another key downloader.

thats what i was thinking of doing, but don`t no were to get the key downloader from and were does it go on the tm800
