the above list I would take as a guide, for example for Astra 4A 4.8 east you need a 80cm for the European beam, however with my 60cm I was able to scan a lot of channels and watched the CL game on Ukraine-SD

I suggest going to sat beams, and using that will tell you what dish size you need when you move your pointer to your location - so for the above for me in Leeds I need a 60cm dish.

It's done from south east coast, of course coverage differs greatly dependant on where you are.
