Ive just bought a 800gb Thecus N2100 nas unit. It has cifs smb, i have used cifs to mount to my 7020si.
The problem is although it mounted straight up and my test jpg, mp3, ts files can be seen they will not open.
I have the nas configured raid1. I cannot find an option to format the drives fat32 or anything ,is this the problem??
Any help or suggestions much appreciated

Ignore my last post ive solved the problem by installing an nfs module onto the nas unit and configuring it all up. Files are now visable and playable.
