citroen help

Hi can anyone help me !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I Just dont get it!!!!

Im stuck on the citroen (been on it for past two days)
Saved as a GIF, Tried the edit button , blowing up as much as pos, rotating, inverting and everything else I can think of.
Any advice?
