Rangers have tabled five bids for players that could well cost them over 10 million.

Steven Naismiths bid has been renewed at £1.5 million with add on's.

Lee McCulloch's bid has been renewed at £2 million.

Cuellars deal is being renegotiated by Martin Bain at £2 million.

DeMarcus Beasley is set to complete his transfer to the Glasgow Blues tomorrow at £700,000

Smith has tabled a bid of £4.5 million for Faubert although the French club Bordeaux have stated they would only settle for £10 million

Naismith is a stickout at Kilmarnock, an inteligent front man mature beyond his years and £1.5 seems a fair price. Cuellars we definately need to strenthen the centre half position and Osasuna were water tight at the back we need a centre half who can start moves by playing the ball out from the back by passing or carring it, it was in this area we got embaresed by Osasuna surendering possetion far to easily Smith should have replaced Ugo Ehiogu with Svenson who has the ability on the ground but not so good in the air. Lee McCulloch is simply not worth 2 million a workman like performer who is niether prolific up front or that great in midfield an other million and we could go for Alan Smith. We should drop our interest in him and make Faubert a priority, a young midfielder strong skillfull and inteligent we would get him for £5 or £6 million. Dont know much about Beasley Man City would have had first refusal I'm guessing but don't seem interested.
