quality of channels are bad and Anymore HD channels ???

question regarding the zgemma,

why are the images not showing good quality (1080P, HD) ( setting is already 1080p)

&&

is there any HD channels such as sky movies HD, and etc, i only have fta HD

HD channels are only FTA now unless you subscribe legit to $ky.

Other option is cable.

@ketmp Hi wanted to ask you one thing, you know the channels when you go to tv guide why is it some of the channels dont show whats playing or going to be playing next. some channels do and sometimes it does work but i think maybe its in the evening that it dont show. thanks

What are you using for your EPG source, if anything?

Most people use OpenTV within CrossEPG to get the EPG data for $ky.

If you press the green button twice youll have the plugin downloads.

Most likely to find CrossEPG under stystem plugin but maybe extensions.

Install it.

Crossepg would be best used on an mounted usb stick but the Zgemma has enough flash to cope with the epg download if you have no usb.

You need to start Cross epg for Menu-Setup-EPG-CrossEPG

First youll need to set up the plugin

Select yes to all options
Enter the location to save the epg to
Enter a time for the scheduled download.

Exit then scroll to OpenTV Providers
Select Sky UK and Exit
Now choose download now and wait for the screen prompts to finish.

You should now have a 5-7 day epg.

I find that I always have a problem with the new crossepg so i stick to version 0.6.2 on the zgemma's. No harm trying the latest tho.
