Has anyone had problems with picture freezing and some remaining dark,(Q5 HD PVR) any help would be welcome thanks

ive been using Q5 for a couple of months mate not had any freezing or dark channels nice box for the price and im very happy with it for £60 u cant go wrong

i had 1 problem when i set the box up for the first time with the signal but that was due to the splitter i used changed it and its been great

I've not noticed that with my box mate but then I don't use it the miss says it's fine with remote

Maybe she will unglue the thing from her hand so I can have a look
