Q5 DVB HD box stuck on "BOOT"

I have a Q5 DVB HD box stuck with BOOT on the display. Both lights, red/green are stuck on as well. I tried re-flashing with fw on a stick and holding OK but it stays on BOOT.

It was working for about an hour before all the screen on the TV started showing small square boxes like a damaged graf card would show on a PC so I tried rebooting the box and now it's stuck with BOOT on the front.
I'm just wondering if anyone else has had it and is there a fix or cap/fuse I could fix.
