iPhone putting apps/games from pc onto iphone help

have got alot of games/apps which i've downloaded and have them on my computer. how do i transfer them onto my iphone?
I've jailbroken the phone and have downloaded appsync from cydia. the next thing i installed was ISpirit but when i click on install IPA it comes up with "coming soon" box.
Im I using the wrong program to install stuff onto my iphone.

If i browse to the folder where the apps/games are then double click on one, seems to just open up itunes then sync it to my phone
