I was looking for a 4gb myself. How can you tell if you have bought a fake ?
Is it that you don't get 4gb or the read & write speed is slow ?

Put the memory card in, select video, move to the memory card and press the triangle button, select information, press x.

If it says Magicgate Supported, then its real. The fakes say Magicgate Unknown.

Added:

I have a fake and several real ones, and to be honest, the fake has never let me down.
Would I buy a fake again, possibly not when the real ones are priced so low.
