PS2 newbie needs help!!!

I'm getting a PS" and want to chip it with a NEO 2.2 chip got diagrams and chip want to know cap size and what cheat cart is best.I,ve read that the DVDRX is good but they are selling without dongle and will need a memory card or do you need a memory card with the dongle.What about the new AR2 V2 is that any good with the NEO 2.2 any probs.

I've had the cap fitted i cant tell the diffrence its ment to smothen the lazer off but there is only there in my opinion as a decoy but its a one microfarad electrolytic of 25 volts or more..
