ppv freezing

could anyone tell me why my channels start to freeze up when i watch a ppv movie ?? thx

is it just on ppv or does it happen when you watch other channels somtimes

its a telewest box an a 1000t model using a mosc it only freezes when you buy a ppv movie and and freezes all normal channels as well but it works fine if ya dont use the ppv at all

try using an atmega card i dont get any problems with that only say i can not order some sometimes
