CD & DVD pioneer a04 dvd writer

iv'e just bought a pioneer A04 dvd writer and i've been using region 1&2 films in it but now its locked on region 1 is there any way of getting it to be region free ive updated the fimware to 1.31 but its still the same

there is a lot of software out there to allow u to watch dvds from varoius regions but unfortunately your dvd writer is an rpc2 type drive and wont work with available software that ive come across

you might want to have a look here m8 as they have patched versions of your firmware ...so that you can make your drive region free http://www.firmware.fr.st/
