Pick tv not working?

see attached PDF on how to manually install oscam on PLI Jade 3 on DM500s

Could someone please advise on how to set permissions to 775, I'm using cute ftp pro, also when it states "I renamed the file to oscam." do I leave the dot in or out.

OK figured it out, right click on file then properties

Need help with this though....

root@(none) ~ # touch/var/etc/plimgr/cardservers/oscam
-sh: touch/var/etc/plimgr/cardservers/oscam: not found

it dosn't create a blank file in the directory

Update factory reset sorted it.

been working on this, however if I turn channel over the box freezes for approx 10-30 seconds can anyone advise what maybe wrong.

I have my cardmhz set to 357 in the config file and mhz & cardmhz set to 357 on reader general settings

I have only just noticed this, Pick tv seems to work but pick tv +1 doesnt clear.
