I have a CD Player for a Peugeot

Model No: 22RC280/65S
Prod No: FD0402150275840
VDAPOF20275840

that I've recently installed. It plays but keeps beeping at the same time.

Believe it needs a code, can anyone help?

This sounds like the Anti Theft measure by Peugeot and what it may be is the Radio thats in your car now is not originally from that car.
What the radio does is when switched on it checks the VIN number thats programmed into the radio to that whats in your ECU. If they don't match then you'll get a beep every 5ish seconds as it presumes it's stolen.
They can be re programmed with the VIN of another car no problem, try your local radio decoding shop first as i can imagine Peugeot will charge a fortune for this service.
Good Luck.

Is there a method re inputting the code?
Also is there anyone that does codes online that you can recommend?

This site sells the codes radio codes Peugeot - Radio Codes dont think its what you need but you might be able to ask them how to input the codes. OR ?

See if there is a radio car shop in your area called SOUNDS ALARMING they normally code radios for £15. I know they have a chain of radio shops they also code fob keys etc

A dealer will normally charge you £45

Thanks Miggy

Unfortunately mate it's not a job you can do yourself. It really needs re coding by a specialist unless smoggie can help you. Try your local car radio specialists in your area and get a few quotes it could be anything between £15.00 up to 25.00 to get the job done.

Thanks Miggy but...
Who's 'smoggie'?!:Biggrin2:

smoggie is our DW radio code wizard on this forum mate. If he cannot help you then you will have to go through the correct channels.

Excellent....how does one get in contact with the 'smoggie'?

as already stated it is anti theft device
it needs to be programmed with the correct vin number

to do this requires reading the EEPROM chip and changing it, but this is a specialists job.
as suggested take it to a local de-coder who should be able to do it for a few quid
