Connectivity PC to ipad3

I have photo albums in my PC I want to transfer them to iPad I sync PCM and iPad but on iTunes doesn't show colum for photos. What am I doing wrong can someone help.

can you not try itools far better than tunes.

Depends on the amount of photos but I prefer to use dropbox or skydrive and store them there, you can then copy them easily onto the ipad or if you have an internet connection when you want to view just go straight into the program and view them from there.
