Zapit - For fast scan to work you must enter your area as follows:
goto service menu - set my location and choose your area follow the onscreen promps

thanks to all testers that has tested this image cheers lads without you there is no image

HARDWARE SETTINGS, Ucode Selection, via the pacino extras menu

for sagem and for nokia it has been tested on both

all uk bouquets already installed

all new 3d colours on menus

I've had the Dons v2 on for about a year now, no issues but I'll give this a try in the next few days.

Maybe you should comment that it's a FTA only image - you know you're going to get a lot of posts asking why it doesn't decode

Bootmanager reports that the CUT command is missing, don't know if that's the reason why it doesn't switch back to the previous channel when coming out of standby - it switches to PVR_EPG OK.

It also reports that 66 entries are missing from english.locale.

It's slow to re-boot, not had a look yet to see what's missing:

The contrast seems softer than other images. I'll continue to have a play and customise, maybe see if I can get LCD_EPG installed

Hi,
I've been waiting for this image to come out since the intent was posted a week or so back. As soon as the wife and kiddies beggar off upstairs after dancing on ice this image is going on my box !!!

I've been really looking forward to this image yet lincsat's previous post has chucked a spanner right in the works !!!!
( sorry licsat, i've loads of respect for you mate )

It was my understanding that this image was going to be the dogs boz of images !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! especially after the intense specialist tetsing it was subjected to.

Anyhow, I'll defo flash it later and let everyone know what I think..............Can't wait !!!

I must be missing something. I cant get this image to work, depending which ucode i select i either get waiting for time or chanel not avil no epg info either. Wont scan either. I might try again tomorrow when i've got a bit more time i'll have a look in a bit more detail see if i can see whats wrong.

Hi,

I'm getting exactly the same problem as thebigman. My box is normally solid on gbox with ucode 001A. This image freezes after 2 seconds.

Sorry guys, will have another go tomorrow night after work.

It's a bitch bigman aint it...ffs we are trying to make it better for them to watch and they don;t let us near it to help....lol

Just tried it and it won't decode any encrypted channels at all with Gbox, mgcam or even when I try Gbox and Camd2 it just goes to Gbox for some reason.

You need to copy the Camd's to the /var/bin folder and chmod them, just copying the keys won't do it

Don't go on a downer with my first post, It's just some constructive coments - most users probably wouldn't notice anything, when they get the Camd's and keys transferred

Haven't done a thorough test of the EPG yet - I've been sidetracked doing something else

I have had set it for 15000 events over 5 days and it seems to have populated the 5 days OK.

had another quick look now missus is in bed. still not getting anyhere. its nowt to do with cams either already loaded cams and keys seems to be a ucode issue. Even on freeview picture lasts 3 seconds then freezes then channel not avail when you try to change. trying all ucodes B107 works (never had to use that one before) same with B121. All others give the freezing. Cams dont seem to be working though.

SPTS is on by default - either turn it off or use Ucode 0014
