PACE box not displaying picture on TV

Hi

I have NTL PACE box DI4000-N.
Box seem to be working fine. I can change a channel on the box, but it is not displaying picture on the tv.

When I switch box OFF and ON, picture on the TV screen come for a second and then disappear.

Please could some one help me with this problem.

I remember some DAVIC boxes making the TV/VCR jump to another SCART input after switching on.

Try the RF output or another known working scart lead.

it sounds like a scat prob.. or there is a prob with the conection between the box and the tv are you still getting sound when the pic goes off

I have tried RF TV output cable from the box to TV RF input.
Still having same problem. No picture on the TV screen.

there is quiet a few problems with these boxes there tend to happen alot
