PACE 4001 help with settings please

HI all. just been round my mates and looked at his engineer menu settings. On page 4 the attenuation is accessable to either have it on high or low.
Right got back home and on mine the box stays on tune! I access the engineer menu and i can enter the pin but the attenuation is not accessable.
Is there a direct fix for this or is this a cap replace job? and is so which ones? thanks for any help in advance.

try the stuck in tune guide in downloads m8,sounds like caps to me

try ur box round ur mates and see if it comes on , could just b a low signal on ur feed

you got try and fast boot aswell that might get it going again

Just gave it ago round my mates and just got the same! How do you do a fast boot?

Hold down channel down key and power up the box . soft boot

how long have u lleft it in the line for som take a while ...

remove and clean both the track and ram strip at the front of box

pulling red jumper if ur in pure it will reset id and frq

you could try swopping the tuner out .
