Pace 2000 for Telewest In an NTL area

I have a 2000 which I believe is for telewest. I am in an NTL area. Comes with a telewest control, doesnt auto update (with ntl image).

If i programmed a telewest AU image onto a fun card would it AU?

No cos your in a NTL area.

First of all you need to comfirm that it a TW box, turn the box upside down and post the full model number ie: 2000n or 2000t

Also are you in a pure NTL area or ex CW area?

Box is a ditv-2000. It does work with a fun card. Doesnt auto update, cant view tv guide, can only see now and next on the channel banner at bottom of screen.

The 2000 is a Docsis box, not sure if it will work in a Davic area???

Yeah

It does work but only with a fun card. Tried tit2, opos and AU fun and none of them take the new keys when they roll.

I have a few other boxes so its not a big deal. Just thought i'd ask in case anyone knew how to fix it.

I think the amtels can be flashed to make it more functional in a pure ntl area but really dont want to mess about with it when it does almost what i need it to do
