Options for Remote Control Unit with TM-5402 ?

Hi,

Will a remote control unit from another Technomate receiver work OK with a TM-5402 M1?

In the Front Display Settings menu of my patched M1 there is an option to select the RCU from a list of:

TM6000 HD Series
TM7000 HD Series
TM6902 HD Series
TM7102 HD Series
TM5402 HD Series

Yes it will. I do it the other way around- I have the 7102 (which only came with 1 handset funnily enough) but I wanted to extend use to other rooms. I have plenty of 5402 remotes kicking about so I changed the 7102 (which is basically two 5402's in one box) to work off the 5402 remotes. Works fine, all functions supported.
