OpenWebif Authenticaton

Anybody know what the default password is for this web authentication is enabled?

Ive tried root user and password but cant authenticate.

You normally have to activate it and set it yourself from the plugins section.

try going to setup menu on box then plugin/addon then check the openwebif applications settings.

My apologies, you have to set a password on the receiver using telnet.

Telnet the passwd comand and follow on screen prompts to set password. The command is passwd not password
