Hi, just got one in post but problem i'm having is each image I try I get same sattelite strength in settings : signal intensity 45% and signal quality 10% .. tried it at mates and same results ... could this be an image issue?

its possible your dish has been knocked out of alignment too, it happened to me when a repairman for our drains knocked our dish without telling us

its easy to find out, take the box to a family or friends and set it up on their sky line, see what % you get then if its the same then its either firmware or box. if its higher (75%+ is normal) then its your dish

what's the best firmware (known most working) for this box? thanks guys

OH forgot to mention, have tried it in friends house with sly tv (package) and same signal strength, thinking maybe firmware issue?
