Open box V8S Not Clearing Channels

I have an openbox V8S and it’s not clearing S** Sports 1 or 2 the rest are fine!!! I have tried updating the firmware via the built-in section of the box, tried AJ’s channel list and still no joy….

I have setup loads of these boxes and not any problems just this one.

Any ideas?

Could it be a problem with your provider?
Have frequencys changed?
Have you done a new scan for channels/service searching.?

I have place another provider on rescanned for new channels and still no go....

Could I place the two channels in manually?

Hi, I have tried everything and even checked the freq and its the right one for SD. All of the channels are fine its just S** Sports 1 and 2!!! how can I check if it is tuned into SD? Although I have never had to to this before.

Have you tried 12.149H/27500, and/or 12.110H /27500 ?

Ive had this problem before , Found that my dish had moved slightly. Some channels need a stonger signal than others , Depending were you are. Get a sat finder or just move your dish slightly and see if the channels appear.
