Oculus Quest 2

Can't seem to get Google earth vr on it? Say's it's available for the rift?

Feeling a bit sorry for those who bought the 64gb version. Was struggling a bit so they have withdrew it now and from 24th August will be selling a 128gb Quest 2 at the same price.

I'm just still playing with the headset...j find the display blury and not very sharp. I thought this device was had great resolution...any setting I need to tweak?

I too find it a little blurry (compared to 2D HD)
I think the only thing you can adjust is the eye position's (3 settings) and you need your eyes dead center. You also need to move your head to whatever your focusing on, rather than move your eye's.
I must say though, when the bird was on my lap in the porn, her face was sharp as could be. ;)

(A normal human eye with 20/20 acuity is able to distinguish a maximum~60 pixels in one degree of sight. A common 360º video format of 1080s has ~6 pixels per degree, which is equivalent to human eye vision of 20/200, which is terrible. This is why 1080p VR videos are seen so blurry.)

Been toying with getting VR Headset for the lad, just not sure how much use he would get out of one. On the other hand i wouldn't mind having a go with my driving games(F1 mostly) anybody use vr playing F1/driving games etc. Really need convinced it's worth the money and are these Quest devices suitable/good for playing this type of content. Lad would only be playing under 16 type of games .

Does anyone know of any live sporting events in 180/360 VR?
I remember the BBC did it for all the England games in the last Word Cup. I didn't get a chance to try it, but heard it was amazing? :)
