Nothing to scan! trying to get FTA channels

Hi,

trying to scan to get FTA channels, im getting an error message saying:

nothing to scan! please setup your tuner settings before you start a service scan.

when i go to tuner configuration, it says tuner A not configured

I know the feed is working as i have checked it on dm500.

can someone help please

now can someone please tell me what settings i need to use for FTA channels?

simple one dish and 28 east then go out and autoscan.if you have a motor mate its a bit more complicated.
