Phone Unlocking nokia help

my mates got a nokia 6288 and hes lossed the security number changed it when he was drunk is there a defalt code to get it back and reset it cheers dannyboy

Nope. There isn't (unlike its DCT4 cousin). There apparently is a program that you can run on the forum which is free to use.....Sadly it's just been hacked. Might be able to get it for the morning as the mods tend to "service" the web site at around 2am. If the program doesn't work, then the only other way is with hardware such as J.A.F, Universal box, etc.

And the USB lead that came with the phone. There is a pictoral user manual included. I personally have never tried it as I have the full version of J.A.F. I have however downloaded both files, virus checked them and also ran them. No problems were spotted. Many people on the forum this lot came from have posted positive results.

i think the default code is 12345 hope this helps
