Nokia 6600 voices

Hi I have a nokia 6600 which I have tt 5 running, I want to install more voices.
I have read that this version only takes 16 bit VIF and that I need to split any I have downloaded to 16 bit, does anybody know where I can get this software from to split it.
Or does anybody know where I can get any voices from which are 16bit, if so can you post the link.
